Joshua was called to the bar in 2005 after serving two years as a judge’s associate in the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Joshua is regularly briefed across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions. He has extensive experience in the field of criminal law and has conducted a large number of serious and complex trials and other hearings. In addition, Joshua is called on to provide advice and advocacy services in a broad range of matters including commercial disputes, personal injuries, succession and family law.
Joshua has appeared as lead and junior counsel in the Court of Appeal in both criminal and civil matters.
Joshua has been appointed to Legal Aid Queensland’s Complex Criminal Case Barrister’s panel.
Joshua accepts briefs to appear as advocate across regional centres and interstate.
